Welcome to the training pages. Here you should find all the information you need to decide which running group and session will suit you best. If you have any questions regarding any training sessions or you would like to suggest a route, then please use the contact form

 

Listed below are all the times and location of training sessions, details of Sunday runs, weekday locations and a beginners guide.

Sundays

Sunday runs are aimed at getting a little more distance than those runs in the week. Also during the winter months, it is the only daylight run available for most runners, so it makes sense to make the most of our beautiful countryside in the Cotswolds.

Throughout the month the Sunday training sessions will vary in location.

 

At least once a month the meeting location will be at both Stroud (Stratford Park Leisure Centre) and Nailsworth (Co-op Car park)

 

On other Sundays some of the locations will be as follows

Other routes may include parts of the Cotswold Way and if the interest is there, even further routes towards Dursley, Wotten, Brockworth, Bisley

All members should receive an email at the beginning of the month giving full details of the training sessions for at least the 4 weeks.
