April Weston Prom

Congratulations to Kate McEvoy and Dinah Benneworth in theWeston Prom 5 mile race. Whilst we had rain, they had beautiful sunshine down at Weston. This obviously help Kate slice nearly 3 mins off her previous best.
A word from Kate,
“After quite a bit of debate, shall we, shan’t we, Dinah and myself set off for the penultimate Weston Prom 5Mile Race of the 2008/9 series. The weather not looking good on setting off.
We drove through a horrendous rain storm on the way, even debating if we had our credit cards to go shopping at Cribbs instead!! But as we got the other side of Bristol we left the black clouds and rain behind.
