Many of us believe running is to be the next Usain Bolt or Paula Radcliffe. Well sure there are a few that will be, but for the millions of us worldwide that run, the reasons are varied. Maybe it’s to improve fitness, manage weight, stay healthy or even to enter a few races, but most importantly to have some fun.
